Breast Augmentation Revision
This patient from Oregon was looking into revisionary breast surgery. She was not happy with the shape of her breasts and how her breasts looked in a bathing suit. Her current breast implants were placed “sub-glandular” (above the muscle). When she met with Dr. Pousti, they discussed placing the implants “sub-muscular” (under the muscle) and to use silicone gel breast implants to get the best natural result.
Before surgery Dr. Pousti discussed the options of removing her current implants and moving the new silicone gel breast implants to below the muscle to achieve the most natural look. The patient agreed and they proceeded with revisionary breast augmentation surgery.
