Revisionary Breast Augmentation/Breast Lifting Revisionary/Abdominoplasty Surgery
| This patient had previously had multiple procedures done by a different surgeon. She was very unhappy with the results of her abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery as well as breast augmentation and breast lifting (mastopexy) surgeries. She felt that her scars were too thick and dark. Her breasts were uneven (asymmetry). She wanted larger, fuller breasts…. After researching for a board certified plastic surgeon online she found Dr. Pousti. After meting with him during her consultation, she knew he was the right plastic surgeon to perform her revisionary surgery.The night before her surgery, Dr. Pousti asked for this patient to come into the office for “markings”. This is when Dr. Pousti “draws” on the patient and discusses the procedure in detail. They had decided to perform a revisionary tummy tuck procedure, improve the scar on her abdomen as well as under her arm, improve the symmetry of her breasts as well as making the breasts larger.
 Before Surgery She knew that revisionary surgery is always more difficult than doing the surgery the first time but she was ready for improvement and her new body.
